中風後重獲新生
中風後，我失去了大部分行動能力和獨立性。簡單的日常活動都變得困難，甚至連最基本的動作都需要別人的幫助。
在溫醫師的悉心針灸治療三個多月後，我經歷了一個永生難忘的時刻。
“我現在可以走路了！”
在拐杖的幫助下，我終於能夠獨立地從房間走到客廳。為了安全起見，我的護理人員會陪在我身邊，但這是我很久以來第一次能夠靠自己的力量邁步。
不久之後，我也能獨立地在輪椅和馬桶之間轉移，無需他人幫助。這些進步在別人看來或許微不足道，但對我而言，它們代表我重獲獨立和尊嚴。
在我的復原過程中，溫醫師不斷鼓勵我，在我自我懷疑時給予我信心。我至今仍記得拄著拐杖，忐忑不安地準備踏出第一步的情景。

Following a stroke, I lost much of my mobility and independence. Simple daily activities became difficult, and I relied heavily on assistance from others for even basic movements.
After receiving attentive acupuncture treatments from Dr. Wen for more than three months, I experienced a moment that I will never forget.
“I can walk now!”
With the assistance of crutches, I was finally able to walk from my room to the living room without anyone physically supporting me. For safety, my caregiver walked beside me, but for the first time in a long while, I was taking steps using my own strength.
Soon afterward, I was also able to transfer independently between my wheelchair and the toilet without assistance. These improvements may seem small to others, but to me, they represented the return of my independence and dignity.
Throughout my recovery journey, Dr. Wen continuously encouraged me and gave me confidence when I doubted myself. I still remember standing with my crutches, uncertain and nervous as I prepared to take that first step.
To my surprise, I remained standing steadily.
Then I took another step.
And another.
At that moment, I realized that I truly could walk again.
The joy and excitement I felt are difficult to describe with words.
I sincerely appreciate Dr. Wen for his attentive care, encouragement, and support throughout my rehabilitation journey. His treatment helped me regain not only physical function, but also confidence and hope for the future.
I believe that one day soon, I will be able to walk outdoors without my crutches and once again enjoy the colorful world around me.
